Enigment is licensed to you (End-User) by Delaware Corporation, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("Licensor"), for use only under the terms of this Licence Agreement.

By downloading the Licensed Application from Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store ("Services"), and any updates thereto, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement. Delaware Corporation remains solely responsible for Enigment and its content; Services are not a party to this Agreement.

1. The Application

Enigment is a social app designed for live video and text chat, compatible with iOS and Android.
It is not intended for use in regulated industries (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA compliance).

2. Scope of License

License Grant You may install and use the app on your personal devices.
Restrictions You cannot distribute, sell, modify, or reverse-engineer the app without CiCiTech Limited's consent.
Term of License The license is non-transferable and can be revoked if you breach the terms.

3.Technical Requirements

CiCiTech Limited will keep Enigmate updated, but compatibility with new devices is not guaranteed.

4. Maintenance and Support

CiCiTech Limited provides maintenance and support for Enigmate, not third-party services like Apple or Google.

5. Use of Data

By using the app, you consent to CiCiTech Limited accessing technical data about your device and app usage to improve services, in line with their Privacy Policy.

6. User-Generated Contributions

You own the content you post but guarantee that it does not violate laws or rights. Inappropriate content may result in suspension or removal.

7. Contribution License

By posting, you grant CiCiTech Limited a perpetual and royalty-free license to use your contributions worldwide, with the right to edit or remove them.

8. Zero Tolerance Policy

Prohibited content includes:

Sexually explicit content
Violent, discriminatory, or harassing content
Illegal activities

Violations can lead to account suspension, removal, or legal action.

9. Liability

CiCiTech Limited’s liability is limited to gross negligence or intent. No liability for minor negligence unless it breaches essential obligations.

10. Warranty

The app is guaranteed to be free from malware at download. Issues caused by device incompatibility or misuse are not covered.

11. Product Claims

CiCiTech Limited, not the app stores (Apple or Google), is responsible for addressing product claims, including regulatory or liability concerns.

12. Legal Compliance

By using the app, you confirm you’re not in a restricted country or on any embargo or restricted parties list.

14. Termination

The license can be terminated by you or CiCiTech Limited. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all copies of the app.

Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries and can enforce the agreement against you.

16. Intellectual Property Rights

CiCiTech Limited is responsible for handling any intellectual property claims related to the app.

17. Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by UK law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of England and Wales.

18. Miscellaneous

If a provision is invalid, the rest of the terms remain enforceable. Changes require written consent.
